At BoroBeya, every piece is made-to-order, just for you. Because of this personalized approach, we want to be transparent about our return and refund process.
🧾 Made-to-Order Products
BoroBeya offers made-to-order, custom-designed clothing and accessories produced by our trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
Each item is crafted individually once your order is placed, ensuring uniqueness and reduced waste.
This on-demand model helps us reduce overproduction, minimize textile waste, and support more sustainable fashion practices — making style that’s bold, intentional, and better for the planet.
Please note:
- Product visuals may vary slightly due to differences in display settings and printing methods
- Availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit, substitute, or discontinue products at any time
As such:
🔸 We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before finalizing your purchase.
✅ Eligible Returns: Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Not as described
📸 What we need from you:
- Email us at support@borobeya.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.
- Provide your order number and name.
If the return is approved, we will issue a replacement item at no additional cost or process a refund, depending on your preference.
🚚 Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to sender, we can reship your order, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
❗ Lost or Stuck Shipments
If a shipment seems delayed or lost:
- Wait 5–7 business days after the estimated delivery date.
- Reach out to us at support@borobeya.com and we’ll investigate.
📦 Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Face masks
- Intimate apparel (e.g., swimsuits, underwear)
- Final sale or clearance items
